The 23rd International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence(IJCAI-13),the premier international conference for scientists presenting their research in the field of artificial intelligence(AI),convened from August 3 to 9 in Beijing.This marked the first time ever for this 44-year-old conference to be hosted in China.
