镜下荷包缝合技术行胸腹腔镜联合食管癌切除胸内吻合 被引量：8

摘要 胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术是目前食管外科研究热点,包括颈部吻合及胸内吻合.胸内吻合正越来越多地用于治疗中下段食管癌,有研究显示其在技术上是安全有效的,特别可降低围手术期并发症如喉返神经损伤、肺部感染及吻合口漏等的发生率[1].然而镜下消化道重建仍面临许多挑战,尽管目前有Orvil装置[2-3]和Endo-Stitch[1,4]等器械,但费用昂贵.我们于2011年10月至2012年7月采用镜下荷包缝合技术行胸腹腔镜联合食管癌切除胸内吻合术治疗37例中下段食管癌,总结初步经验,报告如下.
