Gyrus等离子柱状电极在经皮肾镜取石术中通道止血的应用被引量：5

摘要经皮肾镜取石术（PCNL）已成为治疗复杂肾结石、嵌顿性上段输尿管结石的常规方法,超声气压弹道联合碎石术取石速度快、手术时间短、结石清除率高,在临床已广泛应用.PCNL术后出血是最常见的并发症,如何减少术后出血、防止严重出血值得探讨.我们2008年7月至2012年10月完成380例PCNL手术,术中发现58例取石通道有明显动脉出血,采用Gyrus等离子柱状电极进行通道止血取得了较好效果,报道如下.
