全数字钼靶X线对乳腺浸润性导管癌的诊断

The Diagnosis of Full-field Digital Mammography to Infiltrating Ductal Carcinoma

目的探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌的X线表现,提高诊断水平。方法回顾性的分析58例手术病理证实的乳腺浸润性导管癌钼靶X线征象。结果 58例患者的X线表现:肿块32例,钙化16例,肿块伴钙化10例,局限性致密伴结构紊乱8例,脂肪层模糊6例,皮肤及乳头改变5例,患侧血运增加4例,腋下淋巴结肿大、致密4例,阴性表现2例。结论全数字钼靶X线对乳腺浸润性导管癌的诊断具有很大的帮助。

Objoctive To discuss the features of digital radiography in infiltrating ductal carcinoma and to raise the diagnostic level. Methods Fifty-eight patients with surgically and pathologically proved breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively of full-field digital mammography. Results In 58 cases X-ray signs：lumps-32cases, malignant calcification-16cases, 10 cases have malignant calcification in the lumps, local dissymmetrical infiltration-8cases, layer of fat became fuzzy-6cases, the chang Of nipple and skin-5cases,blood circulation increased-4cases, lymph nodes enlarged -4cases,no sign-2cases. Conclusion FuU-field digital mammography have a great help in diagnosis of Infiltrating ductal carcinoma.
