多排螺旋CT对鼻中隔穿孔的诊断

The Value of MSCT in Perforated NasalSeptum

目的探讨多排螺旋CT在鼻中隔穿孔诊断中的运用。方法回顾性分析27例鼻中隔穿孔患者临床及影像资料,分析多排螺旋CT诊断鼻中隔的特点。结果 27例鼻中隔患者中,26例穿孔位于鼻中隔软骨部,1例位于鼻中隔骨部。合并鼻中隔偏曲20例,合并鼻/鼻窦炎15例,12例CT显示有较大筛骨垂直板残留。穿孔直径小于0.5cm者15例,0.5-1.5cm者12例。结论鼻中隔穿孔患者的多排螺旋CT具有典型的影像表现,对于判断鼻中隔穿孔的位置、大小,以及手术径路、方案的选择有重要的指导意义。

Objective To evaluate the value of multi-slice computed tomography （MSCT） in the diagnosis of perforated nasal septum. Material and Methods The clinical and imaging data of 27 patients with perforated nasal septum were retrospectively reviewed. The feature of perforated nasal septum observed by MSCT and the application of MSCT in the diagnosis of perforated nasal septum were respectively evaluated. Results Of the 27 patients with perforated nasal septum, 26 had perforated located in the chondroseptum, 1 had perforated located in had chondroseptum, 20 had complication of deflection of nasal septum, 15 had complication of rhinitis/sinusitis and 12 had comparatively large residue of lamina mediana observed by CT. 15 patients had diameter of perforation less than 0.5 cm whereas 12 had diameter of perforation ranged from 0.5-1.5cm. Conclusions Patients with perforated nasal septum has typical image feature on MSCT. By MSCT, the position and size of the perforated could be observed, and the appropriate surgical approach could be determined.
