摘要
金属热变形加工是一种重要的金属加工方法。采用物理建模的方法来研究金属热变形加工可以具有很大的优势。本文重点对不锈钢动态再结晶模型进行了研究。在已有的金属结晶模型的基础上,通过公式演算和公式推导的方法,结合实验数据线性拟合方法,最终确定了不锈钢动态再结晶模型。
The thermal deformation of metal processing is an important metal processing methods. Methods u- sing the physical modeling of metal hot deformation processing can be of great advantage. This paper focuses on the stainless steel dynamic recrystallization model was studied. Based on the metal crystal existing model, through the method of derivation calculus formulas and equations of linear fitting method, combined with experimental data, and ultimately determine the dynamic recrystallization model of stainless steel.
