以主体功能区为研究对象,以地理学和管理学基本理论及主体功能区研究成果为依据,重点研究主体功能区管理职能运行机制理论和应用;根据国外区域管理职能研究现状分析、发展动态分析及对主体功能区管理职能研究的启示和国内主体功能区管理职能研究现状分析、发展动态分析及启示,提出主体功能区管理职能运行机制等概念及内涵,提出主体功能区管理职能运行机制研究问题;主要利用演绎的方法,构建主体功能区管理职能运行机制理论;以主体功能区管理职能运行机制理论为指导,进行主体功能区管理职能运行机制理论与主体功能区实践中管理职能运行机制的对比分析,提出主体功能区管理实践中运行机制的优化对策。

It will construct theory about management function mechanism research of the main functional regions using the de- ductive method mainly, take the national level＇ s management function mechanism research of the main functional. regions as the instruction, carry on the contrast analysis between the management function mechanism theory and practice about main functional regions, then put forward the optimized countermeasures of operation mechanism in management practice of the main functional regions. This project will answer the following questions, how to man- age the main functional regions and build the management function mechanism. The research methods and technical route is feasible. The corresponding research condition has provided. Besides, compared with similar studies at home and abroad, it has distinct characteristics.
