摘要
随着地方师范学校数学系毕业生应聘数学教师的比例的下降,入学成绩的不断下降,以往的教育目标难以执行,教学改革势在必行。通过教学实践证明,对数学专业学生实施分层及个性化教学模式,培养数学文化的继承者和传递者是行之有效的。
As the proportion of local normal school' s mathematics graduate apply for mathematics teacher de- cline and the entrance score decreases, the previous educational objectives are difficult to perform, teaching reform be imperative. The teaching practice has proved, for mathematics majors implementation of the hierarchical and in- dividualized teaching mode, the training of mathematical culture inheritance and transmission is effective.
