高校"两课"教师是实施思想政治教育的主体、肩负着把大学生培养成为社会主义事业建设者和接班人的重大历史任务。当前,高校从事"两课"教学的教师队伍整体状况良好,但也存在着个别教师教书育人意识淡薄、为人师表言行不一和师德滑坡等问题。因此,对高校"两课"教师的德才要求进行深入分析,有助于更好地加强"两课"教师队伍建设,提升高校思想政治理论教育的实效性。
