稽留流产妇女蜕膜IFN-γ水平与IgE检测及临床分析

Determining the IFN-γ level of decidua and its implications in missed abortion pregnancy

目的观察稽留流产妇女蜕膜组织IFN-γ水平,了解稽留流产妇女的免疫学特征。方法检测稽留流产妇女蜕膜组织IFN-γ、IgE含量,对蜕膜组织IFN-γ与蜕膜组织总IgE进行相关性分析。ELISA法测定蜕膜组织IFN-γ和蜕膜组织总IgE。结果(1)实验组蜕膜组织IFN-γ水平为(2.32±0.56)pg/mL,较对照组IFN-γ水平(0.90±0.15)pg/mL明显增高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)实验组蜕膜组织总IgE水平为(4.04±1.12)KU/L,较对照组蜕膜组织总IgE水平(1.51±0.54)KU/L明显增高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(3)蜕膜组织IFN-γ与蜕膜组织总IgE水平呈正相关,r=-0.698,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论稽留流产妇女蜕膜组织IFN-γ较正常儿童明显降低,蜕膜组织IFN-γ检测对于稽留流产妇女诊断治疗有一定参考价值。

Objective To observe the IFN-γ level of decidua in missed abortion pregnancy and realize the immunological characters of missed abortion pregnancy. Methods The IFN-γ and total IgE level of decidua in missed abortion pregnancy were observed and the relativity between the IFN-γ level of decidua and the total IgE level were analyzed. The mensurations of IFN-γ and total IgE of decidua in missed abortion are in the ELISA methods. Results （1）The IFN-γ, level of decidua in the experimental group were significantly higher that of control group （2.32 ±0.56） pg/mL vs （0.90 ±0.15）pg/mL, P 〈 0.01.（2）The decidua total IgE levels in the missed abortion pregnancy were significantly higher that of control group （4.04 ±1.12）KU/L vs （1.51 ±0.54）KU/L, P 〈 0.01. （3）The relativity between the decidua IFN-γ level and the total IgE level showed positive correlation （r=-0.698, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The IFN-γ level of decidua in missed abortion pregnancy were significantly higher that of control group. There are crucial meaning inspecting the IFN-γ level of decidua in missed abortion pregnancy in their diagnosis and treatment.
