采用低合金冷激铸铁制造发动机凸轮轴是目前比较先进的工艺。只要合理地调整化学成分、设计合理的成型冷铁及控制适宜的浇铸温度(1350℃-1400℃)等工艺措施,即可保证凸轮轴桃尖白口区深度、硬度及金相组织,获得品质合格的冷激铸铁凸轮轴。
It is an advanced way by now to manufacture engine camshafts by using low alloy chilled cast iron. The depth of white iron area of the lobe,hardness and metallography could be ensured and quality chilled cast iron camshaft could be obtailled provided that the chemical composition is well formed and better controlled and the pouring temperature of 1 350 ~ 1 400℃ is kept.
