自拟理肝和胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎肝胃不和证临床观察

Clinical observation of self-formulated Ligan Hewei Soup in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis liver-stomach disharmony

目的观察自拟理肝和胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎征(CAG)肝胃不和证的临床疗效及安全性。方法将80例慢性萎缩性胃炎肝胃不和证患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例服用自拟疏肝和胃汤剂,对照组40例口服胶体果胶铋胶囊、多潘立酮以及维酶素片,疗程2个月。结果治疗组总疗效、临床症状各组以及胃镜表现均优于治疗前,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟理肝和胃汤治疗CAG疗效确切,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of self-formulated Ligan Hewei Soup in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG） liver-stomach disharmony. Methods Eighty patients with chronic atrophic gastritis liver-stomach disharmony were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 patients in each group. The treatment group was given oral administration of self-formulated Ligan Hews/Soup and the control group was given oral administration of colloidal bismuth pectin capsules, domperidone and vatacoenayme tablets. The treatment course consisted of 2 months. Results The treatment group was better than the control group in the total efficacy, clinical symptoms and endoscopic features, with statistically significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Self-formulated Ligan HeweiSoup shows accurate efficacy in the treatment of CAG and is worth of promoting.
