医院中药材和中药饮片的贮存保管对策分析

Countermeasure analysis on storage of traditional Chinese medicinal materials and prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs in hospitals

目的针对中药材和中药饮片易发生变质的各种条件入手,针对外界水分、湿度、光线等影响因素,研究制定符合药物保存的有效方法与策略。方法根据中药材和中药饮片不同的贮存保管方法将我院药房贮存的药品分为两组,观察组采用分类贮存、干燥低温贮存、封闭或对抗贮存、专业技术人员管理等方法贮存保管中药材和中药饮片,制定严格的防范措施,常规组采用常规状态下自然贮存保管中药材和中药饮片。结果两年内观察组所保管的中药材和中药饮片质量和药效均超过常规组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用分类贮存、干燥低温贮存、封闭或对抗贮存、专业技术人员管理等方法贮存能提高药品的保管质量。

Objective To study and draw up the effective ways and countermeasures to meet the drug storage for various conditions leading to metamorphism of traditional Chinese medicinal materials and prepared slices of Chinese crude drug~ and external influence factors such as moisture, humidity and light. Methods According to the different storage methods of traditional Chinese medicinal materials and prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs, the storage medicines in pharmacy of our hospital were divided into two groups. The observation group applied classification storage, dry storage at low temperature, close or fighting storage, professional technical personnel management to store traditional Chinese medicinal materials and prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs, and drew up strict preventive measures. The general group applied natural storage of traditional Chinese medicinal materials and prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs under the general status. Results The quality and efficacy of custodial traditional Chinese medicinal materials and prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs within two years in the observation group were better than those in the general group, and the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Using classification storage, dry storage at low temperature, close or fighting storage, professional technical personnel management can improve the keeping quality of drugs.
