自拟调骨中药方治疗成人大骨节病90例临床疗效分析

Clinical effect analysis of the self-prepared Chinese recuperating bone formula on 90 cases of adult kaschin beck disease

目的研究自拟中药方对成人大骨节病的临床疗效。方法将我院接收的90例成人大骨节病患者根据治疗方法不同分为治疗组和对照组各45例,其中治疗组给予自拟调骨中药治疗,对照组患者给予抗骨增生片治疗。对疗程结束后两组的临床疗效进行对比。结果治疗组患者与骨功能相关的各项指标的恢复情况明显优于对照组。而且治疗组临床有效率高达93.3%远远高于对照组68.9%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外治疗期间治疗组患者未出现任何不良反应。结论自拟调骨中药方对成人大骨节病疗效显著且安全性高,是一种具有推广价值的配药方案。

Objective To study the clinical effect of self-prepared Chinese recuperating bone formula（SCRBF） on adult kaschin-beck disease（AKBD）. Methods 90 cases of AKBD patients who were admitted into our hospital were divided into treatment group（45eases） and control group（45cases） randomly.The treatment group was treated with SCRBF,while the control group was treated with Kangguzengsheng tablet.The clinical effect of two groups was compared with each other after treatment. Results The improvement of the indicators related to the bone function of treatment group was obviously superior to the control group.In addition,the effective rate of treatment was 93.3%,and obviously higher than 68.9% of control group（P 〈 O.05）.Moreover,there was no adverse reaction occurred in treatment group during the hospital stay. Conclusion The SCRBF has a good effect and high safety on AKBD,it worth to be promoted in clinical therapy.
