108例住院老年精神分裂症康复护理效果对照分析

Comparative analysis on rehabilitation nursing effect of hospitalized senile schizophrenia in 108 cases

目的观察分析对住院老年精神分裂症患者实施康复护理的效果。方法选择2010年10月～2012年10我院收治并确诊为精神分裂症108例老年患者为临床观察对象，根据护理方法不同分为观察组和对照组，各54例。对照组给予常规的护理方式，观察组在常规护理的基础上增加康复护理，并采用精神分裂症住院患者专用的观察量表进行各项指标的记录，对两组患者的康复情况进行对照。结果通过6个月的护理观察，观察组总共有量表总分、总消极因素、总积极因素、激惹、个人整洁、抑郁表现、精神病表现、迟缓8项观察指标获得改善，而对照组仅总积极因素、激惹、精神病表现、抑郁四项有改善。结论在实施精神科常规护理的基础上，开展康复护理更能有效地改善老年精神分裂症患者的病情。

Objective To observe and analyze the rehabilitation nursing effect of patients with hospitalized senile schizophrenia. Methods 108 elderly patients diagnosed with schizophrenia in our hospital from October 2010 to October 2012 were choosed as clinical observation objects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to different nursing method,each group had 54 cases.The control group received routine care,the observation group increased rehabilitation care based on the usual care,and the indicators were recorded by using hospitalized schizophrenia observation scale,and the patient＇s recovery in the two groups were compared. Results The nursing observation for six months showed that the total scale score,total negative factors,total positive factors,irritability,personal cleanliness,depression,mental performance,slow eight observation indicators in the observation group improved,while only the total positive factors,irritability,mental performance,depression four indicators in the control group improved. Conclusion On the basis of the implementation of psychiatric routine care,rehabilitation care can more effectively improve the condition of elderly patients with schizophrenia.
