摘要
当前,中国正处于社会经济发展的第二阶段,即随着工业化进程的不断加快,不断推动着城市化发展的进程中。房地产业与国民经济之间存在着作用与反作用及双向反馈的关系,且不是简单的局部与整体之间的关系,而是一个有机整体。文章结合中国历年房地产宏观调控政策及其执行效果,提出对中国房地产进行宏观调控的原则,并在此基础之上对房地产宏观调控现状进行评价。
At present, China is in the second phase of the socio-economic development, that is to say, it is during the process of urbanization which is being continuously pushed forward with the accelerating process of industrialization. The real estate and the national economy exists between action and reaction and the two-way feedback relationship, and not a simple relationship between the part and the whole, yet an organic whole, combining the deeply analysis with our years of real estate macro-control policies and their implementation effects, developed some principles of carrying out macro-control for the real estate in our country, on the basis of which to evaluate the current situation of the real estate macro-control, in order that would provide some references for developing and implementing of macro-control in our real estate.
