循环经济的发展模式是刺激经济发展方式转型的有效路径。循环经济模式的培育和发展作为一项长期、持续的工作,亟需强有力、系统性的资金支持。针对目前企业开展循环经济存在的投融资难题,政府要发挥调控作用,创新投融资机制,加大对循环经济的投融资支持力度,强化银行的绿色信贷责任,减少企业贷款障碍,多元化企业融资渠道,引导社会投资流向,促进循环经济形成较大规模,为循环型社会的建立奠定基础。

The circular economy is effective to stimulate the transformation of the economic development path. Circular economy as a long-term, sustained effort needs a strong, systematic financial support. Facing the widespread financing difficulties in enterprises, the government should innovate in investment and financing mechanism and make efforts to increase financial support and diversify financing channels for enterprises. The banking industry should actively carry out green credit businesses and guide social investment flows. Only in this way can we promote the circular economy to form a larger scale and lay the foundation for the establishment of a recycling society.
