西部地区二级城市发展低碳经济的路径研究——以四川省绵阳市为例

Developmental Path of Low-carbon Economy in the Secondary Cities of the Western Region of China

城市作为人类社会经济活动的中心,其能源消耗和碳排放量决定着整个地区或国家的低碳化水平。在深入实施新一轮西部大开发战略背景下,快速发展的工业化、城市化导致了西部地区各城市面临更加严峻的资源和环境问题。文章以西部地区二级城市绵阳市为例,在实地调研基础上深入分析其低碳经济发展现状,提出符合西部二级城市发展低碳经济的一般路径,采用的研究方法和研究结论对西部二级城市发展低碳经济的理论与实践有一定的借鉴意义。

Cities, as the center of human socio-economic activity, their energy consumption and carbon emissions determine the entire region or state of low-carbon level. The In-depth implementation of the new round of the western development strategy, the rapid industrialization and urbanization have led to various cities in the western region of China face serious problems of resources and environment challenges. In this paper, Mianyang City, the secondary city in the western region of China is used as an example, on the basis of an in-depth analysis of the current development of low-carbon economy of Mianyang, put forward the general path of the low-carbon economy which is suitable for secondary cities, the research methods and conclusions of the study are certain significant to develop low-carbon economy theory and practice for the secondary city of western region of China.
