中国滨海休闲城市发展定量评价及类型分析

The Quantitative Evaluation for the Development of Coastal Leisure City in China and Its Classification

休闲是现代都市生活的重要组成部分,城市是休闲功能体现的重要载体,发展休闲城市是建设现代化国际都市、实现城市全面可持续发展的必然选择。文章根据中国滨海城市所具有的滨海资源、生态环境优势,从休闲资源与设施、居民休闲需求、休闲环境质量、城市经济实力、城市形象魅力以及城市基本功能等方面,构建了评价中国滨海休闲城市发展的指标体系,对其发展实力进行了定量测度与评价,并将其划分为经济依托型、功能保障型、需求推动型以及环境支持型等四种休闲城市类型,进而明确滨海休闲城市建设的优势条件及发展空间。

Leisure plays an increasingly important role in the development of city life and city is the significant supporter for the reflection of leisure function, so keeping Leisure City developing is the inevitable choice for constructing modernization city and making city advancement sustainably. According to the standards of measuring the qualifications to construct Leisure City and the environment advantages of coastal city in China, the authors developed an evaluation system which is primarily consist of 6 factors having great influence on the advancement of Leisure City, including leisure resources and facilities, leisure demand of residents, the quality of leisure environment, the economic capabilities of cities, the image fascination of cities and the fundamental function of cities. Furthermore, the authors assessed the indexes of the development of coastal Leisure City quantitatively and systematically, then grouping 15 coastal cities into 4 types of Leisure City. It is expected that on the basis of the evaluation to indicate the direction of future development for our coastal Leisure City.
