加快我国战略性新兴产业规模化发展的对策研究

Policy Research on Improve the Large-scale Development of Strategic Emerging Industries in China

目前我国战略性新兴产业规模化程度较低:产业空间布局不集聚、关键技术协同突破能力不强、金融资源催化效率不高、政府助推机制缺乏针对性。因此,必须对我国战略性新兴产业的空间布局和技术线路图进行设计,在助推民营企业进入、完善投融资体系、创新扶持方式、扩大市场需求以及精化公共服务提供的方式等方面进行政策优化。

Abstract： At present, the scale of emerging industries of strategic is still in lower level in China. The industrial layout dispersed. The ability of key technology breakthrough is weak. To some extent, financial system is inefficient. There is lack of specific government support. Therefore, it is of great importance to make improvement of the space layout and technology roadmap of China＇s strategic emerging industries. For the purpose mentioned previously, it is quite necessary to implement such measures as follow： to help private enterprises enter the market, to expand domestic market demand, to improve the financial system, to simulate innovation system and better utilize public services
