青海省信息产业测度分析与发展对策研究

Measurement Research and Development Countermeasure of Information Industry in Qinghai Province

在明确界定信息产业研究范围基础上,从内部和外部两个角度对青海信息产业的发展进行测度分析,分别建立相应的评价指标体系,基于因子分析法和SPSS数据处理进行实证分析,结果表明:一方面青海省信息产业内部投资力度不够,主体行业资源不均衡,特色行业不突出;另一方面与其他省份相比较,青海省信息产业信息服务的覆盖度最低。最后提出相关对策建议。

At first, the paper defined the information industry research scope, this paper analyzes the internal and external two perspectives on Qinghai information industry development measure analysis and establishes the evaluation index system respectively. Based on the factor analysis and data processing of SPSS empirical analysis, the results showed that. on the one hand, the information industry of Qinghai Province internal investment strength is insufficient, the main industry resources is not balanced, charac-teristic industry is not outstanding~ on the other hand, when comparing with other provinces, Qinghai province information industry information service coverage minimum. Finally puts forward relevant coun- termeasures and suggestions.
