With the new criminal law coming into effect, the specific provisions in the interrogation process further demonstrates the conception of protecting human rights, which presents new challenges to the interrogation personnel of public security organs who have been used to the tradition- al interrogation methods , which also results in another urgent problem of seeking efficient measures to meet with these challenges.
