区域内青海高校图书馆文化援助地(县)级图书馆之思考

Thinking of Cultural Support from the Libraries of Regional Higher Institutes to the Local(county)Libraries in Qinghai Province

本文从青海地(县)级图书馆的实际出发,结合几年来联姻帮扶地(县)级图书馆的实践,提出了青海高校图书馆文化援助地(县)级图书馆的必要性和援助的具体措施。

This paper is aimed to start with the actual conditions of the local （county） libraries in Qing-hal province,and put forward with the necessity and concrete measures of cultural support from the librar-ies of regional higher institutes to the local（county） libraries in Qinghai by combining the practice of our aid to the local（county） libraries in the previous years.
