摘要
本文通过阐述数字化档案、数字化档案信息管理体系的含义、内容及构建高校数字化档案信息管理体系的必要性和意义,具体分析了高校数字化档案信息管理体系的构建面临的问题及原因,提出了高校数字化档案信息管理体系构建的思路及措施。
Elaborate the meaning and contents of the digital archives and digital archives information management system, and the necessity and significance of construction of the university digital archive in- formation System. Concretely analyze problems and causes facing the construction of the University Digital Archive Information System. Put forward ideas and measures for constructing the information management system of digital archives in colleges and universities.
