青海省非物质文化遗产保护与传承原则及对策探析

Analysis on Principles and Ways to Protect and Inherit Intangible Cultural Heritage in Qinghai Province

青海省是多民族聚居地,具有丰富的民俗民间文化,其特殊的地域特征和民族特点给非物质文化遗产的保护和传承工作也带来了诸多难题。文章在分析青海省非物质文化遗产保护和传承问题的基础上,结合非物质文化资源的现状,提出了青海省非物质文化遗产保护和传承所要遵循的原则以及可实施的对策。

Qinghai province, a historical habitation for many nationalities, is also a vast ocean of intan-gible cultural heritage, but the condition brings many problems for the protection and inheritance of its in-tangible cultural heritage. The thesis mainly describes the reality about the protection and inheritance of such intangible cultural heritage, and on basis of that, provides some principles that the task of protection and inheritance should obey and efficient ways how to protect and innovatively inherit it.
