An Analysis and Strategy to the Present Situations of the Pre-job Training for the Aircraft Maintenance Management Cadets in the Air Force

本文基于对空军航空机务军校生岗前培训特点、现状的深入细致分析,同时结合空军航空兵部队的实际需求、空军航空机务军校生队伍的特点和自己参加岗前培训的实际,就进一步完善空军航空机务军校生岗前培训机制,提高培训质量提出一些可供参考的建议。

Based on a careful analysis of the features and present situations of the pre-job training for the aircraft maintenance management cadets in the air force, by taking into consideration the actual needs of the aviation troops, the characteristics of the aircraft maintenance management cadets and the author＇s own experience in the pre-job training, this article offers some suggestions for reference on how to improve the job-training system and enhance the training quality.
