网络的出现和发展及由此带来的网络环境,既给思想政治教育带来新的挑战,又为其发展提供新的条件。网络环境下思想政治教育是根据网络环境的特征以及关系而确定的,其内容由思想观念、政治观点和道德规范三方面的体系所构成;应遵循科学性与价值性相结合、渗透性和主体性相结合以及隐性教育和显性教育相结合的原则。

The appearance, development, and sequential context of Internet has brought to ideological and political education a great challenge and also provided new conditions for a further development in the domain. The ideological and political education under the Internet context is determined by characteristics and relations of Internet context, the content system of which consists of three aspects ： ideology , political views,and moralities. The conduct of research in this field should follow the principles of a combination of being scientifi,c and worthy,penetrating and subjective.
