不良行为青少年是当今社会广泛关注的重要问题。家庭教育失误,学校教育"失真",大众传媒失当,同龄群体不良亚文化,社会化主体冲突是不良行为青少年现象产生的根源。在创新社会管理的视野下,围绕青少年"失范——规范",运用教育、舆论、行政、法律等手段,多层次、多渠道综合治理青少年成长的社会环境,形成家庭、学校、社区一体化的教育力量,建构新的社会规范管理体系,促进青少年健康成长。

Young people with bad behaviors have become an important problem in the current society.The source of the phenomenon can be related with the family education,school education,the mass media and the peers.Based on the perspective of innovation society management,the family,school and community should become integrated to promote the healthy development of young people.
