幼儿教师成长档案是教师专业成长的真实记录,是教师质性评价的重要依据。文章通过介绍教师电子成长档案的形式、构成、运用及功能,探讨了幼儿教师电子成长档案制作的意义和方法。
The learning record is the record of the teacher＇s professional development and the proof of the teacher＇s professional evaluation. The article tries to introduce the form, contents and function of digital learning record for kindergarten teachers as well as its significance and method.
