Digital library is quite new in the development of library, and the establishment and implementation of mobile library is the major trend of the development. With the development of technique, smart mobile phone is popular in society and many advanced mobile technique are implied to the smart mobile phone which provides the space for the development of mobile library. Because the smart - phone users with IOS and Android system are increasing, many college libraries have been cooperating with software companies to develop APP to encourage smart - phone users to make use of the mobile service of the library.
