运用短信平台建立感染性疾病及耐药菌株上报系统的初步探索

摘要 目的:利用短信平台实现微生物实验室传染病、多重耐药菌的上报。方法:根据检验结果判读是否为传染病或多重耐药菌,结合短信网关进行短信发送。结果:使用短信平台能及时、有效使主管医生、科室护士长、医院、CDC相关人员及时获得传染病、多重耐药菌信息。结论:搭建基于短信的传染病、多重耐药菌上报系统,能有效提高医院的安全管理水平,降低医疗风险,降低传染病在地区扩散的风险。 Objectives: To report infectious diseases and multi-drug resistant reported by SMS platform. Method: According to the laboratory results to diagnosis infectious disease and multi-resistant bacteria, then sent SMS by the SMS gateway. Result: The doctor in change, department head nurse, hospital or local cdc related personnel can timely receive infectious disease and muhi-drug resistant bacteria information by SMS platform. Conclusions: Infectious diseases, nmhiple drug-resistant bacteria SMS reporting system can effectively improve the level of safety management, reduce medical risk, preventing the spread of infectious diseases in the region.
