天津市某高校新生高血压患病趋势及其相关因素分析

Trends in prevalence of hypertension and its related factors among freshmen in a college of Tianjin city

目的了解天津市某高校新生高血压患病趋势及相关因素,为今后高校健康教育及卫生保健工作提供参考。方法选择天津市某高校2010—2012年入学新生9 196名,均进行入学体检,量血压、身高、体重,对患病情况、趋势以及与性别、体质指数(body mass index,BMI)相关性进行分析。计数资料采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 2010—2012年共检出高血压患者268例,占2.91%。其中各年患病率分别为2.30%、2.94%、3.33%,呈逐年上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.084,P<0.05)。3年间共检出男性患者185例,占4.95%;女性患者83例,占1.52%。比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=92.012,P<0.05)。不同BMI者高血压患病率分别为1.96%、4.10%、24.05%,比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=450.02,P<0.05)。结论天津市某高校新生高血压患病率呈上升趋势,应开展高血压及相关因素防治的健康教育,积极做好相关的保健工作。

Objective To learn the trends in prevalence of hypertension and its relationship with gender and body mass index a- mong freshman in a college of Tianjin, so as to provide evidence for college health education and health care. Methods A total of 9 196 freshmen entering the college from 2010 to 2012 were chosen for physical examination, in which blood pressure, height and weight were measured, and the prevalence, trends and its correlation with gender and body index were analyzed. χ^2 test was used for count data, and the result of P 〈 0.05 indicated the difference was statistically significant. Results Hypertension was found in 268 cases from 2010 to 2012, accounting for 2.91%.The incidence of hypertension was 2.30% in 2010, 2.94% in 2011 and 3.30% in 2012, increasing year by year with statistical difference（χ^2=6.084,P 〈 0.05）. During the three years, 185 males were detected, accounting for 4.95% and 83 females, accounting for 1.52% with significant difference （χ^2=92.012,P〈 0.05）. The rate of hypertension prevalence was different among patients with different body mass index （1.96%,4.10% and 24.05% ） with significant difference（χ^2=450.020,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion There is a rising trend in prevalence of hypertension among freshman in a college of Tianjin city. Therefore, more attention should be paid, and health education and health care about hypertension and its related factos should be carried out actively.
