摘要
对140km/h单层内燃动车组动力车车体有限元力学模型的建立进行了探讨,应用薄壁杆件自由扭转理论对车体中常见的梁和薄壳组合型式进行了分析。利用I-DEAS软件对车体结构进行了计算分析,并与试验结果进行了对比,计算结果与试验结果基本吻合。
In this paper, car- body finite element mechanics model of single deck car set was discussed, and it analyzed the combination form of beam and thin shell by the theory of free - torsion of thin - shelled pole. This paper also analyzed and calculated the car- body structure with I - DEAS software, and compared with the result of tests, it showd that the result of calculation and tests was consistent.
