北京地区19家基层医疗机构2009-2011年抗肿瘤药使用情况分析

Analysis of the Utilization of Antineoplastic Agents in 19 Community Hospitals of Beijing form 2009 to 2011

目的:研究北京地区19家基层医疗机构2009-2011年抗肿瘤药使用情况。方法:对参与"北京基层医疗机构药物利用与评价研究课题"的19家基层医疗机构2009-2011年抗肿瘤药的使用情况进行统计。结果:北京地区19家基层医疗机构2009-2011年抗肿瘤药使用情况按药品名称、生产厂家、月份、医院归属地和分级统计见正文。结论:抗肿瘤药品以高三尖杉酯碱和紫杉醇为主。药品生产厂商以云南昊邦制药有限公司、深圳万乐药业有限公司、江苏恒瑞医药股份有限公司、南京思科药业有限公司、太极集团有限公司占优势。全年各月使用量无明显差异。郊区医院的使用数量和金额要高于市区医院。

Objective： To investigate the utilization of antineoplastic agents in 19 community hospitals of Beijing form 2009 to 2011. Methods： Statistics of the utilization of antineoplastic agents in 19 community hospitals of Beijing form 2009 to 2011 were performed. Results： Statistics were sorted by name, manufacturer, month, hospital location and class. Conclusion： The most frequently used antineoplastic agents in the community hospitals were homobarringtonie and paclitaxel. The dominant medicine manufacturers were Haobang, Wanle, Hengrui, Sike, and Taiji. There were no significant differences in the number of drugs consumed in each month. The number and sales amounts of antineoplastics were larger in rural hospitals than that in urban hospitals.
