我院儿科应用痰热清注射液所致9例不良反应分析

Analysis of 9 Cases of ADRs Induced by Tanreqing Injection in Pediatric Patients of Our Hospital

目的:解析我院儿科痰热清注射液所致不良反应ADR的特点及一般规律。方法:对我院2011年7月-2012年12月儿科使用痰热清注射液致不良反应进行统计、分析。结果:儿科应用痰热清注射液发生ADR主要表现为过敏反应,累及的器官/系统主要为皮肤及其附件、消化系统。结论:儿科应用痰热清注射液应引起重视,做到辩证和个体化给药,尽量减少和避免ADR的发生。

Objective： To analyze the general characteristics of Tanreqing injection induced adverse reactions （ADRs） in pediatric department of our hospital. Methods： The adverse reactions in our hospital from July 2011 to December 2012 in our pediatric department were collected and analyzed. Results： The ADR of pediatric Tanreqing use mainly manifested as allergic reaction. Involving organs/systems were mainly skin and its appendages and digestive system. Conclusion： The pediatric use of Tanreqing injection should be applied seriously. Syndrome differentiation and individualized administration should be done to avoid or reduce the occurrence of ADR.
