卡托普利治疗糖尿病肾病的meta分析

A Meta-analysis on Effect of Captopril for Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的系统评价卡托普利治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法电子检索Pubmed,EMBase,Cochrane,Medline,中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI),中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP),对纳入的随机对照试验(RCT)进行方法学质量评价和meta分析。结果共纳入6个RCT包括727例受试者。卡托普利治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效与对照组比较有显著差异[OR=4.07(2.95,5.62),P<0.000 01]。漏斗图显示基本对称,提示纳入文献的发表性偏倚在控制范围内。结论卡托普利用于治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效优于对照组治疗。提示其可作为预防和治疗糖尿病肾病的药物。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of captopril on diabetic nephropathy. Methods The Pubnled, EMBase, Cochrane Library, Medline, CNKI, VIP database were searched. The included randomized controlled trails （RCTs） were evaluated and analyzed by the software RevMan5.1. Results A total of 6 RCTs involving 727 participants were included. There was a significant difference in the captopril treatment of diabetic nephropathy with the control group [OR =4.07 95% CI = （2.95,5.62）]. Conclusion The efficacy of captopril on diabetic nephropathy is better than that of the control group. It can be used for the prevention and treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
