摘要
目的考察苍术素在药材细粉、挥发油、脂溶性膏剂及β-环糊精包合物、β-环糊精混合物中的稳定性。方法分别对各样品进行强光和高温试验,采用HPLC法测定苍术素的含量,计算保留率。结果强光(6 000 lx)照射10 d条件下,苍术素在上述不同存在状态下的保留率分别为:68.19%、74.06%、34.41%、5.12%、0.92%;高温(60℃)受热10 d条件下,苍术素在不同存在状态下的保留率分别为:85.28%、91.42%、69.22%、22.10%、17.87%。结论苍术素在药材及制剂中存在不同程度的光、热不稳定性,本研究可为苍术的临床用药、制剂开发及贮运提供参考。
Objective To investigate the stability of tractylodin in herbs, volatile oil, fat-soluble Ointment, beta-CD inclusion compound and the mixture. Methods Every sample was tested by light and high temperature test. The content of tractylodin was determined by HPLC, and the retention rate was calculated. Results After irradiation by light (6 000 ix) for 10 d, the retention rate of tractylodin in different presence state were 68.19% , 74.06% , 34.41% , 5.12% , and 0.92%. After heating at 60 ℃ for 10 d, the retention rate of tractylodin in different presence state were 85.28% , 91.42%, 69.22%, 22.10%, and 17.87%, respectively. Conclusion Tractylodin exists varying degrees of light and thermal instability in herb and preparation, the study also provides reference for the development of its preparation and storage.
