近年来,美国持续实施全球战略调整,提出了"睡莲战略"的概念。文章从"睡莲战略"基本概念着手,深入分析该战略提出的深层次原因;紧密联系美国当前采取的一系列举措,研究"睡莲战略"的主要构想;最后,综合分析了"睡莲战略"实施的影响及其制约因素。

In recent years, the United States continued to carry out the global strategy adjustment and proposed the ＂lily-pad strategy＂. Based on the discussion of the basic concept of ＂lily-pad strategy＂, this paper analyzed the deep causes of the strategy, and studied the main conception of ＂lily-pad strategy＂ with reference to current measures of the United States. Finally, this paper comprehensively analyzed the influence and restrictive factors of the implementation of ＂lily-pad strategy＂.
