作为俄罗斯对外政策的重要内容,对外军事技术合作是其拓展政治影响、攫取经济利益的重要手段。拉美地区作为美国的"战略后院",一直被认为是美国的传统势力范围。俄在此地区积极开展对外军事技术合作有着多重战略考量。本文在简要总结俄拉军事技术合作现状的基础之上,分析了其产生、发展的主要特点及深层次动因,并总结了影响其未来发展趋势几个主要问题。

As an important part of Russian foreign policy, foreign military-technical cooperation is an important means to expand its political influence and grab economic interests. Latin America as the ＂strategic backyard＂of the U.S., has been considered the America＇s traditional sphere of influence. Russia＇s active conduction of military technical cooperation in the area is a result of multiple strategic considerations.This paper first makes a brief summary of the status quo of the Russian military-technical cooperation ,then analyzes the main features of its origination and development and essential mo- tivations, and lastly summarizes several issues that may impact its future develooment trends.
