摘要 目的 探讨胆红素对急性运动所致腓肠肌肌质网某些功能改变的影响。方法 将Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、运动组、运动恢复组、胆红素处理运动组、胆红素处理运动恢复组 ,共5组 ,分别灌胃生理浓度的胆红素或生理盐水 4周 ,游泳 2小时后处死 ,测定有关指标。结果 胆红素可以明显抑制急性运动所致的肌质网 (SR) Ca2 +含量的下降、Ca2 +,Mg2 +- ATP酶活性的上升 ,对胞浆 Mg2 +含量的升高也有一定的抑制作用 ,但对肌质网摄 Ca2 +能力的影响不大。结论 胆红素可在急性运动中保护肌质网的某些功能免于受损。 Objective: To study the effect of bilirubin on the functional changes of sarcoplasmic reticulum (SR) induced by acute exercise. [WT5FZ]Methods:[WT5BZ] 41 Wistar male rats were divided into five groups, control group, exercise group, exercise recovery group, bilirubin treated exercise group and bilirubin treated exercise recovery group. The rats were administered with 1 μmol/kg body weight of bilirubin or saline once every day for 4 weeks. After swimming with load for 2 h, all of the rats were killed and several indices were determined. [WT5FZ]Results:[WT5BZ] Bilirubin could inhibit the decrease of Ca 2+ content and the increase of Ca 2+ ,Mg 2+ ATPase activity in SR induced by acute exercise, and inhibit the increase of Mg 2+ content in cytoplasm. [WT5FZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ] Bilirubin may delay the development of fatigue induced by acute exercise through protecting certain functions of SR.
