摘要
为减低轮轨磨耗,我国城市轨道交通线路在选择最小曲线半径时,有增大最小曲线半径的趋势,这将导致工程造价增加、枢纽构筑不理想。系统回顾了国内外关于轮轨磨耗的研究,指出线路平面设计参数对轮轨磨耗的影响规律。建议优化现行《地铁设计规范》相关平面设计参数取值,在维持现行最小曲线半径标准和运营速度不变的前提下,实现降低轮轨磨耗目的,以期解决地铁运营困扰,并为《地铁设计规范》修编提供参考。
In order to reduce the wheel/rail wear, a trend in China at present is to expand the numerical values of radius standard in urban rail transit, which will cause the ad- ditional project cost and make the hub construction more difficult. With a comprehensively review of the researches about the wheel/rail wear both at home and abroad, the impact of laws on graphic design parameters of wheel/rail wear is indicated. It is suggested that the interrelated graphic design parameters should be optimized to reduce the wheel/rail wear while the numerical values of radius standard and train speed be maintained. This research hopes to solve the operational issues and provide a reference for modifying the subway specification.
