加味四君子汤治疗功能性消化不良39例观察

Observation on Functional Dyspepsia (39 case) Treated by Modified Decoction of Four Noble Drugs

目的：现察加味四君子汤治疗功能性消化不良（ＦＤ）的临床疗效。方法：将６５例 ＦＤ患者随机分为治疗组３９例和对照组２６例，治疗组予以加味四君子汤治疗，对照组予以吗丁啉治疗。结果：治疗组显效率６４．１０％，总有效率９７．４４％；对照组显效率３８．４６％，总有效率７３．０８％。两组比较有非常显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），两组治疗后胃排空均有明显改善。结论：加味四君子汤治疗ＦＤ具有较理想而可靠的疗效。

Object: To observe the effect of modified decotion of four noble drugs in treating func- tional dyspepsia (FD). Methods: 65 cases of FD were randomly divded into two groups: a test gruop and a control group. The former (39 cases) was treated by modified decoction of four noble drugs and the lat- ter, tabellae domperidoni. Results: The obvious effect and the total effect in the test group are 64. 10% and 97. 44% respectively, while in the control group, 38. 46% and 73. 08%. The difference between the two group is significant (P<0. 01). Conclusion: The effect of modified decoction of four noble drugs in treating FD is reliable.
