摘要
工业生产中采用的甲醇制氢反应器多是常规的列管式反应器,存在着温度分布不均匀,容易产生"冷点"等弊端。针对这些弊端,结合热管优良的等温性能,设计一种新型的热管式甲醇制氢反应器,并通过Fluent对反应器的气体流动进行数值模拟分析,选择合适的进口结构使气体分布趋于均匀。
Cun'ently reactors used in the chemical industrial production of hydrogen production by methanol were mostly conventional tubular reactors, which existing the disadvantages of uneven distribution of temperature and the cold spot. Based on the disadvantages of reactors and the advantages of heat pipe excellent isothermal performance, a new kind of heat pipe methanol hydrogen production reactor was designed. By using the Fluent software to simulate the gas flow of reactor, the appropriate import structure was selected to distribute the gas uniformly.
