摘要
由于铅带卷绕机工作扭矩和弯矩较大,空心主轴断裂的问题时有发生。基于拓扑优化的特点,利用HyperWorks平台,采用变密度法对卷绕机空心主轴进行优化设计。利用SolidWorks软件对优化后的卷绕机空心主轴进行有限元分析,将其应力分布、质量与原设计做比较。研究结果表明:经过有限元拓扑优化后的铅带卷绕机空心主轴,应力大幅度减少,分布更加均匀,强度、刚度显著增加,质量也相应有所减轻。
Because lead tape winding machine torque and moment are big, hollow spindle fracture problems usually occur. Based on the characteristics of the topology optimization, using HyperWorks platform and using variable density method, the winding machine of hollow spindle was designed. Finite element analysis of heavy truck balance shaft bracket was applied after optimized by SolidWorks software. The stress distribution, quality and original design was compared to the original design. The research shows that, by the optimization of finite element topology, the stress of lead tape winding machine of hollow spindle is greatly reduced, more uniform distribution and strengthened. The stiffness increased significantly, and the quality has been reduced.
