摘要
为更好地实现对高档织机系统的有效控制,设计了基于ARM和CAN总线通信,并嵌入Linux系统的高档织机上位机系统。其中,硬件平台主要由Atmel公司生产的基于AT91SAM9261内核的嵌入式微处理器和Microchip公司生产的CAN总线控制器MCP2515进行搭建;软件设计部分包含了Linux系统下的界面应用程序设计以及CAN驱动程序实现。实验调试结果表明,系统性能稳定、快速,能很好地满足织机系统的控制要求。
An upper computer system of high-end loom machine based on ARM and CAN bus communication which embedded Linux system was designed to realize the effective control of intelligent loom machine. The hardware platform was mainly built using embedded microprocessor based on A391SAM9261 kernel of Atmel company and CAN bus controller MCP2515 of Microchip. The software design was implemented in the Linux system including GUI application design and CAN bus device driver realization. Debugging results show that this system works stably and fast, and it can satisfy the control of loom machine system.
