摘要
在电梯门机的关门保护措施中,除光幕信号外,需要另设一些后备的保护措施来限制住关门力以防将人夹伤。通过电流判断法和速度判断法这2种方法,来检测门机是否处于堵转夹人的状态;同时通过调整变频器的参数与电机进行适当地配合工作,可以限制住门机关门夹人的最大力矩。基于以上方法进行实验,并使用张力传感器来验证该保护方法的可行性。
In the door-closing protection measures of the elevator door drive system, some backup protection measures besides the light curtain detection should be taken to avoid hurting the people. The methods which was used to effectively restrict the maximum closing force of the door motor were reserched by adjusting the inverter parameters in order to make the motor and the inverter work cooperatively. The current-judged method and the speed-judged method are discussed to judge the status whether the door is stuck or not. And based on the above theory, some experiments were carried out by using the tension force sensor to verify the feasibility of these methods.
