摘要 为了满足电动汽车动力电池的测试要求,本文搭建了仿真电动汽车的电池测试平台,在VC6.0下开发了数据采集和控制放电方式的上位机软件,软件通过CAN总线与电池管理系统通信实现电池数据的采集,通过485总线与变频器通信实现负载的控制。文章所提出的控制策略实现了恒流放电控制,通过与Excel的接口,可加载Excel中的速度变化配置信息来模拟电动汽车实际运行中的放电测试,同时为以后的其他测试方案预留了扩展空间。目前,已在上述测试平台上成功完成了多组动力电池的测试。 In order to satisfy the test demand of electric vehicle batteries, a battery test platform to evaluate the electric vehicle was developed. A PC software to analysis data and to control the discharge mode of the battery was complied. The communication between the software and the BMS which accomplished the data collection was by CAN bus, and the communication between the software and the inverters which control the motors was by 485 bus. The corresponding control method to realize the discharging test with constant current was designed, and also an interface to Excel which can read the configure information from Excel to realize the simulation of discharging test was designed. Based on the tests the several battery packs tests are completed.
