摘要
为了消除泵性能曲线驼峰,提出了一种新型三角形切割叶片方法,并对离心泵进行CFD数值模拟和试验检测。研究表明,三角形切割能消除泵特性曲线驼峰,对效率的影响比较小,但切割量超过某个临界值时,泄漏损失严重,大流量工况下效率会有较明显的降低。同时,分析了三角切割角度与性能参数之间的关系,并且给出了最佳切割角度。
Based on CFD numerical simulation and experimental investigation, the new shape of blade outlet edge was suggested in order to avoid hump. The result indicates that triangular cutting the outlet edge of blades can avoid hump. The values of head and efficiency at design flow rate change little. But if triangular cutting exceeds a certain critical value, the leakage loss is serious. The efficiency at large flow significantly reduces. And the optimum triangular size is given out for reference.
