舒血宁注射液联合体外反搏治疗偏头痛45例

Shuxuening injection combined with external counterpulsation treatment of migraine 45 cases

目的:观察舒血宁注射液联合体外反搏治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:将90例偏头痛患者随机分为两组,对照组予以静滴舒血宁,口服西比灵、谷维素治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上,加用体外反搏治疗。两组均治疗14天为1个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率为91.11%,对照组总有效率为60%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。随访10月,治疗组总有效率为68.42%,对照组总有效率为42.85%,(P<0.01)。结论:舒血宁注射液与体外反搏联合治疗偏头痛有明显的协同作用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shuxuening injection combined with external counterpulsation treatment of migraine. Methods 90 patients with migraine were randomly divided into two groups, control group were given intravenous Shuxuening injection, oral administration of flunarizine treatment, Tani Viso. The treatment group on the basis of the control group, with external counterpulsation. The two groups were treated for 14 days as a course of 1. Results： the total effective rate of treatment group was 91.11%, the comparison group total effectiveness 60%, two groups was statistically significant （ P〈0.01 ）. After October, the total effective rate of treatment group was 68.42%, control group, the total efficiency of 42.85%, （ P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： the effect of Shuxuening injection and external eounterpulsation combination therapy in the treatment of migraine has obvious synergistic effect.
