摘要
目的:观察分析多西他赛(DTX)联合顺铂(DDP)同期放化疗治疗Ⅱb期宫颈癌的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法:51例Ⅱb期宫颈癌患者分为3组,分别给予多西他赛、顺铂化疗;根治性放射治疗;同期放化疗即DTX60mg/m2,d1,d8,DDP40mg/m2,d2,d9,d3-7给予放疗。2周期后按WHO标准评价疗效和毒副反应。结果:全组51例,均可评价疗效,总有效率56.9%,同期放化疗组有效率为76.5%;根治性放疗组有效率为64.7%;单纯化疗组有效率29.4%。不良反应主要表现为白细胞减少、消化道反应和脱发。结论:多西他赛联合顺铂同期放化疗治疗Ⅱb期宫颈癌的近期疗效高,毒副反应轻,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe the efficiency and the side effects of docetaxel（DTX） combined with cisplatin（DDP） concurrent chemoradiation for treated lib cervical cancer. Methods：Fifty-one patients were given DTX60mg/m^2 intravenous infusion on dl,d8,and DDP 40mg/m^2, intravenous infusion on d2,d9,d3-7 radiation. After two consecutive treatment course, the evaluation of the short-term efficiency and adverse effects was carried out.Results： The overall response rate was 56.9%.The worst side effects were bone marrow depression ,nausea and vomiting, and alopecia. Conclusion： Docetaxel combined with cisplatin concurrent chemoradiation can be used to treat IIb cervical cancer with less side effects, strong evidence suggested that concurrent chemoradiation may be a better choice.
